Accounts Receivable Specialist

Position: Accounts Receivable Specialist

Compensation: $20 - $22/hour, depending on experience

Location: Tulsa, Oklahoma

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Accounts Receivable Specialist to join their team!

Join a dynamic team where your expertise in accounts receivable will support the revenue cycle through precise billing and payment processes. This opportunity offers a chance to work closely with internal teams and external customers, ensuring strong customer relationships and adherence to accounting standards. This role is an 8-month contract with potential for permanent hire, ideal for those experienced in Excel and formulas.

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Process customer invoices and payments accurately and timely.
• Support daily deposits and serve as backup for posting and researching.
• Create and maintain Business Central Sales Customer Cards.
• Investigate and resolve billing issues, short payments, and chargebacks.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Customer Service, and Operations.
• Review aging and follow up on past due accounts.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and audit requirements.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Associate’s degree or high school diploma with 3 years relevant experience.
• 2-5 years of experience in Accounts Receivable or similar roles.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, and 10-Key.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and problem-solving skills.
• Fluency in oral and written English communication.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Experience in healthcare or insurance industries.
• Familiarity with Business Central software.
