Position: Customer Service Manager
Compensation: $60,000 - $70,000 annually, depending on experience
Location: Oklahoma City, Oklahoma

This is an exciting opportunity to lead a dynamic customer service team in a global company known for its innovation in lighting and power electronics solutions. The role involves overseeing daily operations, enhancing customer satisfaction, and coordinating with international teams. Ideal for a proactive leader with strong communication skills, this position offers the chance to make a significant impact in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Lead and manage daily customer service operations
- Develop and implement customer service policies
- Oversee order management processes
- Resolve escalated customer concerns
- Analyze customer service metrics for improvements
- Provide analytical reporting for lead times and deliveries
- Support growth initiatives with senior leadership
- Communicate with customer leadership teams
- Collaborate with teams in Mexico and China
- Track customer sample requests and reporting
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Experience in customer service leadership or management
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in logistics and operational coordination
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
- Inside sales support experience
- Strong analytical and reporting skills
- Experience in manufacturing or distribution environments
- Global or international business experience
- Experience communicating with international teams
