Position: Sales Manager
Compensation: $100,000 annually, depending on experience

This role offers an exciting opportunity to drive revenue through rep leadership, pricing strategy, and direct customer engagement. Be a player-coach who builds relationships with key customers and leads independent rep agencies. Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Drive revenue performance across a defined region
- Identify growth opportunities in distribution, showroom, and builder channels
- Lead and coach independent manufacturer rep agencies
- Establish clear expectations and KPIs for agencies
- Build direct relationships with key distributors and showrooms
- Develop pricing strategies to drive growth
- Partner with leadership on project pricing and competitive positioning
- Ensure alignment between field activity and company priorities
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- 5–10 years of sales experience in building products or distribution
- Experience managing or working with independent rep agencies
- Strong understanding of wholesale distribution and channel dynamics
- Experience in developing pricing strategies and customer negotiations
- Ability to operate independently and drive results
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Experience in customer relationship management
- Ability to balance strategy and execution
- Experience in market development and competitive analysis
