Position: Application Support Supervisor
Compensation: $ 90,000 - 100,000 annually, depending on experience
Location: Oklahoma City, Oklahoma

Join a dynamic team as an Application Support Supervisor, where you'll lead a group of System Application Administrators. This role involves managing over 100 software applications, ensuring they are up-to-date and secure. The position offers a chance to work in a collaborative environment, focusing on innovative solutions and process improvements. Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Manage a team of System Application Administrators
- Ensure applications meet uptime and security standards
- Oversee support and maintenance of 100 software applications
- Develop training and documentation for best practices
- Provide escalation point for complex issues
- Analyze business problems and propose solutions
- Manage multiple high-profile projects simultaneously
- Conduct process reviews and vendor research
- Create positive relationships with technology vendors
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related technical field
- Five years of systems support/server support experience
- Strong knowledge of major systems implementation
- Experience with Windows Server operating systems
- Effective communication skills, oral and written
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
- Experience with software applications in the mortgage and banking industry
- Project management and control experience
- Prior supervisory experience
