Position: Civil/Structural Engineer

Compensation: $130,000 - $140,000 annually, depending on experience

Location: Tulsa, Oklahoma

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Uphold engineering core values and principles
• Manage projects and tasks assigned by supervisors
• Perform detailed engineering and design work
• Review and check team-produced drawings and documents
• Coordinate with engineers, designers, and project managers
• Ensure timely and budget-compliant project completion

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering focused on structural engineering
• Proficient in designing concrete foundations and structural steel
• Experience with industrial facilities like gas plants and refineries
• STAAD.Pro software proficiency
• Licensed Professional Engineer with 5 to 10 years’ experience

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Experience leading project teams
• Strong client interaction and management skills
• Ability to make independent, significant project decisions
