Position: CAD Technician
Compensation: $25 - $27 /hour, depending on experience
Location: Bloomington, Minnesota

The role is open due to the expansion of projects, and the company is eager to welcome motivated individuals who are ready to make an impact.
Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Create detailed engineering drawings from sketches or layouts
- Revise existing engineering drawings and plot drawings
- Adhere to company and client drafting standards
- Assist in drafting design and documentation for projects
- Utilize standard drafting detail programs
- Research and recommend solutions to design problems
- Perform ad hoc projects as assigned by managers
- Comply with all policies and standards
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- High School Diploma/GED and college coursework in drafting technology
- Minimum 1 year relevant experience
- AutoCAD experience required
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
- Specialized CAD certification preferred
- MicroStation, 2D, 3D, Inventor experience
- Demonstrated leadership skills
- Self-motivated and eager learner
