Position: Bookkeeper

Compensation: $55,000 - $60,000 annually, depending on experience

Location: Edmond, Oklahoma

Join a dynamic accounting team where you'll play a pivotal role in supporting senior accountants through comprehensive bookkeeping services. Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Provide full-service bookkeeping for multiple clients
• Perform data entry and record financial transactions in QuickBooks
• Reconcile bank and credit card accounts monthly
• Manage accounts payable and process payments
• Generate client invoices and prepare bank deposits
• Assist with preparation of financial statements
• Process payroll and calculate payroll taxes
• Communicate professionally with clients
• Organize and maintain client records
• Support team during peak periods

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• 2 years of bookkeeping experience
• Proficiency with QuickBooks (Desktop and/or Online)
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite
• Understanding of basic accounting principles
• Excellent organizational and time management skills

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Experience with payroll processing and reporting
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently and follow procedures
