Accurate Environmental Laboratories, a leading environmental testing laboratory in Oklahoma, is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Bookkeeper to join our team at our Stillwater headquarters. This position plays a critical role in maintaining accurate financial records and supporting daily accounting operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage accounts payable and receivable
- Reconcile bank and credit card statements
- Process invoices, payments, and payroll support
- Maintain general ledger and financial records
- Assist with monthly and year-end reporting
Qualifications:
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field preferred
- Bookkeeping or accounting experience
- Proficiency with accounting software (QuickBooks) and Microsoft Excel
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
