Position Summary
An expanding life sciences organization is seeking an experienced HR leader to support operational and corporate teams within a rapidly evolving biologics setting. This individual will work closely with management to enhance workforce performance, strengthen employee engagement, and provide strategic people solutions across multiple business units.
Required Qualifications
- 6 years of progressive Human Resources Business Partner experience
- Background supporting teams within biotechnology, pharmaceutical, or regulated healthcare environments preferred
- Strong experience handling employee relations matters, workplace investigations, and policy guidance
- Ability to support both hourly employees and senior leadership stakeholders
- Comfortable working in dynamic, fast-growth organizations with evolving priorities
Preferred Qualifications
- Exposure to biologics manufacturing, life sciences operations, or CDMO environments
- Experience partnering with Quality, Manufacturing, or Technical Operations groups
- Knowledge of California employment regulations and HR compliance practices
