Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Financial Reporting Analyst to support budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and analysis activities. The ideal candidate will assist with budget reconciliation, financial modeling, variance analysis, and executive reporting while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze financial and budget reports
- Reconcile budget and funding data
- Support forecasting and budget planning processes
- Perform variance and trend analysis
- Assist with executive presentations and reporting
- Collaborate with Finance, HR, and accounting teams
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- 5–8 years of financial analysis/reporting experience
- Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills
- SAP or ERP system experience preferred
- Strong analytical and communication skills
Salary : $40 - $49
