Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior Construction Project Manager / Estimator to lead projects from preconstruction through closeout. This role will oversee estimating, budgeting, scheduling, and project execution while working closely with ownership and helping build and mentor project and estimating teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage industrial and commercial construction projects from start to finish
- Prepare estimates, takeoffs, budgets, and pricing proposals
- Lead project planning, scheduling, and cost control efforts
- Review contracts, change orders, and subcontractor scopes
- Support business growth and future project backlog
- Help develop and manage the estimating function and team
- Build strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams
Qualifications
- 10 years of construction industry experience
- Industrial and/or commercial construction background
- Strong project management and estimating experience
- Proven leadership and team-building abilities
- Ability to work in a hands-on, fast-paced environment
- Comfortable working closely with ownership in a family-owned company
Salary : $80,000 - $120,000
