Responsibilities:
- Coordinate small nuclear projects related to refueling outages, forced outages, and online maintenance
- Manage project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and cost tracking activities
- Support work package preparation, procurement, and resource planning
- Ensure compliance with ALARA, industrial safety, and nuclear safety standards
- Monitor project progress and resolve schedule conflicts or delays
- Interface with engineers, vendors, management, and stakeholders for project execution
- Prepare project reports, status updates, and communications for leadership
- Support outage coordination and operational control center (OCC) activities
