Overview
CTG is seeking a Project Coordinator to support complex nuclear project initiatives involving project scheduling, cost controls, budgeting, forecasting, and project reporting activities. This role will coordinate project teams, maintain detailed Primavera P6 schedules, analyze project performance metrics, and support financial tracking and reporting for large-scale technical projects.
Location: Richland, WA
Duration: 12 months
- Coordinate project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution activities.
- Develop and maintain Level 1–4 project schedules using Primavera P6.
- Integrate project cost estimates with schedules to create resource-loaded cost projections.
- Analyze schedule deviations and provide recommendations to mitigate project risks and overruns.
- Monitor project financial performance, forecasts, and Estimate to Completion (ETC) activities.
- Maintain project budget tracking, schedule updates, and financial reporting.
- Support configuration management and project documentation controls.
- Participate in project review meetings, safety meetings, and stakeholder coordination activities.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Strong project coordination and project controls experience.
- Hands-on experience with Primavera P6 scheduling software.
- Knowledge of project budgeting, forecasting, cost tracking, and reporting.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities within fast-paced technical environments.
- Familiarity with technical infrastructure and operational technologies is preferred, including:
- Cisco switches and firewalls
- NetApp storage
- VMware
- Windows Server technologies (Active Directory, DNS)
- Cybersecurity platforms
- DCS environments
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT, Business, Project Management, or related field with 4 years of relevant experience; OR
- 10 years of related technical/project experience in lieu of a degree.
- Experience supporting industrial, utility, energy, or nuclear-related projects preferred.
- Mechanical experience is a plus.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $44.00 to $50.00/hour. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained. In addition to salary, a competitive benefit package is also offered.
