Position: Senior Business Systems Analyst – Salesforce & Healthcare
Location: Albany, NY (Onsite)
Shift: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (30-minute unpaid lunch)
Job Summary:
Lead stakeholder discussions, document business processes, define functional and non-functional requirements, and support application development for healthcare-related systems and regulatory reporting.
Required Skills:
7 years of business analysis, requirements elicitation, JAD sessions, user stories, and as-is/to-be process documentation.
7 years creating use cases, context diagrams, swimlane diagrams, wireframes, and software requirements specifications.
6 years of test planning, test cases, defect management, and UAT.
6 years of requirements lifecycle management, traceability, baselines, and change control.
3 years of healthcare application experience (patient records, billing/finance, or HR).
2 years of Salesforce OmniStudio and Public Sector Solutions experience.
Salesforce Certified Business Analyst, Administrator, or Developer.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, IS, or Software Engineering.
Must be authorized to work in the US and provide proof of authorization.
