Industrial Engineer

Job Summary:
We are seeking an Industrial Engineer to improve manufacturing processes, manage engineering projects, and support equipment upgrades and capital investments. The ideal candidate will focus on operational efficiency, project execution, cost control, and continuous improvement while maintaining safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage engineering projects, schedules, budgets, and documentation.
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase productivity and reduce inefficiencies.
- Coordinate with suppliers, subcontractors, and internal teams on equipment installation and testing.
- Develop technical procedures, maintenance documentation, and equipment improvement plans.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion within budget.
- Maintain compliance with safety regulations and SQF quality standards.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Manufacturing, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of relevant engineering experience preferred.
- Experience with manufacturing processes, equipment, and project management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong analytical, technical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and travel as needed.
Salary : $90,000 - $105,000
