Uptime matters. As a Field Service Millwright based in Rochester, NH, you’ll be one of the key people ensuring production never misses a beat. You’ll blend hands-on mechanical expertise with a reliability mindset—both on the plant floor and while supporting customers throughout the Northeast.

Your impact

• Keep equipment healthy with scheduled maintenance and timely repairs.
• Pinpoint and correct mechanical failures with strong troubleshooting skills.
• Inspect systems proactively to prevent unplanned downtime.
• Work shoulder-to-shoulder with teammates to elevate equipment reliability and output.
• Document work thoroughly to maintain accurate maintenance histories.
• Champion safety standards and sustain a clean, organized workspace.
• Assist in installing and commissioning new machinery as needed.
• Travel to customer sites across the Northeast—typically 2–3 overnights per week.
  
  

About you

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certifications preferred.
• Proven background in industrial maintenance, millwrighting, or similar mechanical roles.
• Deep familiarity with mechanical assemblies, hydraulics, and pneumatics.
• Fluent in reading manuals, prints, and schematics.
• Analytical thinker with keen attention to detail.
• Thrives both independently and within a team.
• Open to flexible hours and overtime when needed.
  
  

Where you’ll be

Based in Rochester, NH, with regional travel to support customers across the Northeast. Expect approximately 2–3 nights away from home each week.
