Your Mission

Core Responsibilities
- Develop, set up, and run CNC programs that deliver exacting dimensional results.
- Translate blueprints and technical drawings into machining sequences and toolpaths.
- Measure, inspect, and validate parts using precision gauging equipment.
- Troubleshoot CNC programs, tooling choices, and machine behaviors to resolve issues.
- Work with engineering and production to refine cycle times, tooling, and workflows.
- Uphold a clean, orderly, and safe work environment with strict adherence to safety standards.
- Document setups, offsets, and production data for repeatability.
- Research and adopt new CNC techniques, controls, and tooling advancements.
- High school diploma or equivalent; CNC-related technical education or certification preferred.
- Proven CNC machinist programmer experience.
- Proficiency with G-code/M-code and CNC control operation.
- In-depth knowledge of machining practices, tooling, and workholding.
- Ability to interpret technical prints and documentation.
- Strong diagnostic skills and exceptional attention to detail.
- Effective communicator and collaborative teammate.
- CAD/CAM familiarity is advantageous.
