Responsibilities
- Conduct legal research relevant to civil litigation (insurance defense)
- Draft legal documents and correspondence
- Manage case files and coordinate multiple cases simultaneously
- Communicate effectively with clients and legal team members
- Prepare materials and organize evidence for trials
- Assist with discovery processes and document review
- File pleadings and other documents with the court
- Maintain accurate records and filing systems
- Coordinate schedules and deadlines for case milestones
Preferred Qualifications
- 5 years of experience in litigation support
- Associate's degree in Paralegal Studies or related field
- Paralegal Certificate
