Responsibilities
- Source qualified candidates for diverse legal roles through various channels
- Coordinate and schedule candidate interviews with clients and hiring managers
- Serve as a primary liaison between candidates, clients, and internal teams
- Screen resumes to evaluate candidates’ qualifications and fit for roles
- Assist with the onboarding process to ensure smooth transitions
- Build and maintain professional networks within the legal industry
- Utilize standard ATS tools and advanced recruitment software to manage candidate pipelines
- Travel occasionally to local client offices as needed
Required Qualifications
