Technical Support EngineerSeattle, WAContract roleThis engineer will be supporting Client corporate employees in person and through a ticketing system, helping resolve hardware, software, and conference-room issues. It’s a high-impact, fast-paced role where you will be the face of IT and directly influence employee productivity and customer satisfaction.Key Responsibilities• Serve as the first point of contact for IT issues across chat, phone, email, and ticketing systems.• Troubleshoot and resolve Windows, Mac, or Linux issues for corporate users.• Support conference room AV/teleconferencing equipment issues.• Document tickets thoroughly and follow SOPs and knowledge-base standards.• Escalate and help triage system or network outages.• Provide onsite walk-up support and guide users through solutions.Qualifications & Skills• 2 years supporting Windows, Mac, or Linux environments in a corporate setting.• Helpdesk or deskside support experience (2 years).• Strong customer service and communication skills.• Ability to diagnose complex technical issues and follow standardized procedures.• (Preferred) ITIL Foundation, Microsoft certifications, advanced Linux familiarity, Bachelor’s in CS/IT.
