Licensed Insurance Agent Representative – Remote

$21.50/hour | W2 | Seasonal AEP Position

We are currently hiring Licensed Insurance Agent Representatives for a seasonal remote opportunity supporting customers with Medicare plan selections during the Annual Enrollment Period (AEP).

This is a 100% remote, inbound call position ideal for licensed insurance professionals who have strong communication skills, customer service experience, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Pay Rate: $21.50/hour
Training: 5 weeks, Monday–Friday
Post-Training Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–7:00 PM, with an 8-hour shift

Responsibilities

• Handle high-volume inbound customer calls
• Assist customers with Medicare plan selections
• Answer questions and provide accurate information regarding available plans

Requirements:

An active Life & Health Insurance License is required.

Please note: This is a Health Insurance/Medicare-focused position. Candidates with only a Life Insurance license or Property & Casualty license will not qualify.

Additional qualifications include:

• Active Life & Health Insurance License
• Minimum 6 months of customer service experience preferred
• Comfortable handling a high volume of inbound calls
• Basic computer proficiency
• Typing speed of 25 WPM

Work-from-Home Requirements

Candidates must have:

• Minimum internet speed of 35 Mbps download / 15 Mbps upload
• A quiet, dedicated workspace
• Reliable internet service
• No VPN, hotspot, or satellite internet connections
