Contract Specialist
Location: Alvarado, TX (onsite, relocation offered)

Compensation: $80-90k
Imprimis Group/IGXperts has partnered with a growing manufacturing organization to identify a Contract Specialist to support a fast-paced commercial contracts function. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong contract review and redlining experience who wants to continue developing their skills in a highly visible role working alongside legal, operations, and commercial teams.
This position will focus heavily on reviewing customer-facing agreements, identifying risk, supporting negotiations, and helping move contracts through the process efficiently. The environment is fast-moving, collaborative, and deadline-driven, so they’re looking for someone who can stay organized, communicate clearly, and adapt quickly as priorities shift.
Role/Function
- Review, revise, and redline a variety of commercial agreements including customer, supplier, service, and purchasing contracts
- Identify contractual risk and escalate concerns appropriately
- Support negotiations and work closely with internal stakeholders throughout the contract lifecycle
- Assist with contract tracking, renewals, obligations, and documentation management
- Partner cross-functionally with legal, operations, sales, and leadership teams
- Maintain templates, standards, and internal contracting processes
- Participate in discussions around deal structure, commercial terms, and risk allocation
- Help manage multiple active agreements in various stages of review and negotiation
Requirements:
- 3 years of experience in contracts administration, contract review, procurement, legal support, construction administration, or related commercial operations experience
- Experience reviewing and redlining contracts is required
- Manufacturing and/or construction industry experience strongly preferred
- Strong written communication skills and attention to detail
- Ability to read and interpret contractual language and commercial terms
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, not required
Additional Details
- Fully onsite role (5 days/week)
- Preferred location is Alvarado, TX, though other locations may be considered
- Compensation targeting around the upper $80Ks with some flexibility depending on experience
