What You’ll Do:
- Prospect and close new business using a consultative sales approach.
- Maintain and grow existing customer relationships.
- Secure contract renewals and long-term partnerships.
- Track all activity and customer intelligence in Salesforce.
- Hit or exceed monthly customer retention and sales targets.
- Represent the company at client meetings and local networking events.
What You Need:
- Bachelor’s degree or 4 years of sales experience with a solid track record.
- Confident communicator with strong presentation skills.
- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM preferred.
- Strong Excel and general Microsoft Office skills.
- Basic financial/numerical skills to build estimates and margins.
- Clean driving record – travel required for meetings and site visits.
- Completion of Strategic Selling or Sales Negotiation training is a plus.
