Salary: $21.00 - $22.00/hr

You will:
- Quote buyers/sales LTL and TL rates
- Set up LTL and TL shipments in TMS system
- Create return labels using UPS or FedEx software
- Upload/update DOT Med Cards, Drivers' licenses and endorsements
- Upload drug and alcohol random results
- Upload new driver on boarding and road test documents
- Run monthly expiration reports for DOT Med Cards and Driver’s license
- Run daily performance report and m aintain the KPI tracker
- Maintain and update the monthly random list for all branches
- Prepare weekly pallet sheet in Excel
- Notate unidentified logs in the Geotab
- Assist the Driver Supervisor as needed
You have:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 1 year of experience in an administrative role
- Experience with DOT-related compliance on a commercial fleet program preferred
- Valid driver's license
- Desire to learn state and federal regulations, including DOT guidelines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access
- Knowledge of TMS and Dispatch Software programs preferred
