Job Summary:
The Logistics Coordinator will oversee daily logistics functions. This position requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Responsibilities:
- Schedule daily pickups
- Shared mailbox inquiries
- Order processing
- Release order (EDI release)
- Provide price and availability
- Assist customers with order status
- Provide tracking information
- Provide freight cost
- Resolving delivery problems
- Collaborates and communicates with warehouse team members
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and SAP
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Two to five years of experience in a shipping warehouse required.
