The schedule for this position is Sunday through Thursday from 10:00 pm to 6:30 am.

You will:
- Train new selectors on the selection process
- Train warehouse employees and others regarding safety-related issues
- Audit pallets and work
- Assist with loading, inspecting, and ensuring proper load quality.
- Collaborate with the supervisor to cover the desk when necessary
- Investigate incidents, accidents, and work-related injuries
- Prepare and submit accident-related compliance forms and maintain files
- Develop various safety reports and cost-saving recommendations
- Develop employees engaged in safety, training, and/or compliance processes.
You have:
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
- 3 years of Warehouse Distribution experience
- 2 years of Double Electric Pallet Jack experience
- 2 years of Sit-Down and Stand-Up Forklift experience
- 2 years of RF Scanner experience
- 2 years of Selecting experience in a fast-paced environment
- 2 years of supervisory experience, preferably in a safety role
- OSHA Certification for all material handling equipment
- Engaging interpersonal skills and a safety mindset
