About the Role
Warehouse Supervisor
We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to support a large automotive distribution operation in Roanoke, TX. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience leading warehouse teams, managing daily operations, ensuring safety compliance, improving productivity, and maintaining quality standards within a fast-paced manufacturing or distribution environment.
Responsibilities
- Supervise warehouse employees and daily operations
- Manage safety, quality, productivity, and employee performance
- Lead workforce planning and work assignments
- Conduct safety observations and SOP audits
- Address employee concerns and performance issues
- Coordinate with leadership to achieve operational objectives
- Support continuous improvement initiatives
- Maintain compliance with company policies and procedures
- Manage scheduling, timekeeping, and payroll-related activities
- Lead daily team meetings and communications
Qualifications
- 10 years of warehouse or manufacturing supervisory experience
- Experience managing large hourly workforces
- Strong leadership and employee relations skills
- Knowledge of warehouse operations and logistics processes
- Experience with safety and quality programs
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Manufacturing, automotive, or distribution industry experience
Required Skills
