Location: Hybrid
Compensation: $100,000 to $125,000 base salary (OTE: $200,000 to $250,000) equity
We’re partnering with a high-growth B2B software company transforming how finance and accounting teams manage critical workflows and operational processes. Having established strong product-market fit, the business is entering a major growth phase and expanding its go-to-market organisation to meet increasing demand across the mid-market segment.
They are looking for a Mid-Market Account Executive with 4 to 6 years of experience to join a rapidly scaling sales team. This role is suited to a consultative seller who performs well in fast-paced, high-velocity environments and has a strong track record of managing complex sales cycles from prospecting through to close.
You’ll play a key role in driving new business growth, expanding the customer base, and helping shape how the commercial organisation scales over the next stage of growth.
What You’ll Do
- Own the full sales cycle for mid-market accounts, from pipeline generation through to negotiation and close.
- Lead consultative discovery conversations with finance and accounting stakeholders to uncover operational pain points and quantify business impact.
- Deliver tailored product demonstrations aligned to customer requirements and strategic priorities.
- Partner closely with Solutions Consultants to present technical and value-driven solutions to prospective customers.
- Navigate complex stakeholder environments and procurement processes across mid-market organisations.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of net new business opportunities.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Operations teams to provide customer feedback and contribute to GTM strategy development.
What They’re Looking For
- 4 to 6 years of B2B SaaS sales experience.
- Proven success owning full-cycle sales processes in mid-market or enterprise environments.
- Strong consultative selling and discovery skills.
- Experience managing complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders.
- Ability to communicate technical solutions in a commercially compelling way.
- Strong track record of quota attainment and revenue generation.
- Comfortable operating in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Ideal Background
