What You’ll Do

From immersive brand activations and executive summits to global conferences and customer-facing experiences, you’ll manage every detail to deliver memorable, results-driven events.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project management for multi-day, multi-track experiential events—including agenda design, venue sourcing, content, production, hospitality, and on-site delivery.
- Serve as the primary client contact, cultivating senior-level relationships and positioning Impact XM as a trusted advisor.
- Translate client goals into immersive event experiences that tell a story, engage audiences, and drive measurable business results.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Creative, Strategy, Production, Digital, Content) to ensure seamless, brand-aligned delivery.
- Manage budgets, vendor negotiations, financial tracking, and reconciliation—ensuring strong program margins and fiscal accountability.
- Coach and mentor Account Managers and Coordinators, fostering a collaborative culture and developing the next generation of client service leaders.
- 4 years’ experience in Account Management or Senior Account Management within events, experiential, or agency environments.
- Proven success managing large-scale corporate and experiential events, including press conferences, leadership meetings, global experiences, and brand activations.
- Exceptional client service skills, with the ability to anticipate needs, respond quickly, and build lasting trust.
- Strong financial acumen, including budget management, forecasting, and margin accountability.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills—you can lead a client meeting with confidence and clarity.
- A collaborative spirit and mentoring mindset, able to inspire teams and elevate colleagues.
- Passion for experiential storytelling, audience engagement, and delivering unforgettable event moments.
