As an Account Manager, you’ll lead client relationships, manage projects from start to finish, and help shape memorable experiences for pharmaceutical and healthcare clients. You’ll also play a key role in identifying growth opportunities, mentoring junior team members, and collaborating across teams to ensure clients see us as a trusted partner — today and into the future.

What You’ll Do
Client Leadership & Strategy
- Serve as the primary contact for pharma and healthcare clients, managing day-to-day communications and ensuring seamless delivery.
- Collaborate with internal and external teams to develop and execute congress and medical event strategies.
- Manage budgets, timelines, and expectations with precision and attention to detail.
- Provide strategic insights and proactive solutions that add value and elevate the client experience.
- Oversee delivery of pharma congresses and medical trade shows, including pre-event planning, shipping, on-site production, and post-event reporting.
- Develop detailed project plans, coordinate vendor relationships, and ensure all event elements align with client objectives and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation: work orders, schedules, briefs, and operational checklists.
- Liaise with venues, associations, and compliance teams to secure approvals and ensure adherence to industry regulations.
- Build strong, long-term relationships with key client stakeholders in pharma and healthcare.
- Identify opportunities within existing accounts and support new business development initiatives.
- Contribute to proposals, brainstorm sessions, and strategic presentations to win new business.
- Monitor client budgets, forecasts, and invoicing to ensure accuracy and profitability.
- Maintain oversight of all program components in quotes and billing while delivering exceptional service.
- Mentor and support junior team members, sharing knowledge and best practices.
- Foster a collaborative, positive team culture in a fast-paced environment.
- Support problem-solving and issue resolution across project teams.
- 3 years of account management experience, ideally within pharma, medical, or healthcare events, or in an experiential marketing/agency setting.
- Passion for client service and building lasting relationships with healthcare stakeholders.
- Strong project management skills — confident managing timelines, budgets, and expectations.
- Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skills, with the ability to present complex scientific content clearly.
- Solutions-oriented mindset and flexibility to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including creative, production, regulatory, and logistics.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Willingness to travel (~20%) for client meetings, event installations, and congress support.
