JOB SUMMARY:
Oversee the daily operations of a Day Services team, ensuring high-quality, person-centered support. Supervise and support Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs), promoting a positive and accountable team environment. Maintain compliance with policies and ensure efficient program operations. This role offers an opportunity to make a meaningful impact while leading a dedicated team.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Oversee daily operations and ensure quality services
- Supervise and support DSPs and CNAs
- Coordinate staffing and maintain appropriate ratios (Fill in when needed)
- Ensure accurate documentation and program compliance
- Assist with hiring, training, and staff development
Qualifications:
REQUIRED SKILLS:
- Strong communication, leadership, and organization skills
- 2 years of experience working with individuals with disabilities
- Ability to coach staff and manage priorities
- Experience with documentation systems and basic computer programs
KEY REQUIREMENTS:
- 18 years of age
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license (ability to obtain class E license within 14 days of hire)
- Proof of vehicle insurance
- Successful completion of background checks and reference verification
- Ability to stand or sit for several hours and bend, stoop
