What You’ll Do
- Organize and maintain employee files and HR records
- Support onboarding and employee documentation
- Review and update job descriptions
- Track certifications, trainings, and compliance deadlines
- Assist with employee engagement activities and interviews
- Help with HR projects, reporting, and administrative tasks

What We’re Looking For

Qualifications

- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous office or administrative experience preferred.

- Familiarity with HRIS systems is a plus.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to sit and work at a computer for extended periods.
- Ability to lift and move files or office materials up to 15 pounds occasionally.
