ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Program Supervisor for Day Services, you’ll be at the heart of daily operations. You will guide a team that provides person-centered, high-quality support to the individuals we serve.
You’ll lead with purpose, keep things running smoothly, and help create a positive, accountable, and supportive environment where both staff and participants can succeed.
This is more than a management role, it’s a chance to shape experiences, support growth, and make a real difference every day.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Lead a day services team to deliver person-centered support aligned with our mission: Connecting people to meaningful experiences to live the life of their choosing
- Coach, support, and motivate Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) in daily work
- Support individuals in accessing choice-driven, meaningful daily experiences and activities
- Coordinate staffing, step in when needed, and ensure consistent, reliable coverage
WHAT YOU BRING
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- At least 2 years of experience working with individuals with disabilities
- A natural ability to coach, support, and motivate staff
- Comfort using documentation systems and basic computer programs
- A proactive mindset and ability to juggle multiple priorities
BASIC REQUIREMENTS
- 18 years of age or older
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license (ability to obtain Class E license within 14 days of hire)
- Proof of valid vehicle insurance
- Successful completion of background checks and reference verification
- Ability to meet physical demands of the role, including standing, sitting, bending, and stooping as needed
