Our corporate client in Norwalk, CT is seeking a Human Resources Specialist to join their team. This role has a hybrid schedule (3 days in office, 2 days at home) and a salary in the $85k-$90k range plus great benefits.
Responsibilities include:
HRIS Management: Act as the primary lead for the HR Information System (HRIS), managing data integrity, system configuration, security administration, and providing root cause resolution for system issues.
Operational Support: Handle end-to-end transactional HR duties, including timely processing of employee changes, administering leave plans, coordinating benefits enrollment/termination, and managing new hire/offboarding processes.
Documentation & Optimization: Create and maintain detailed standard operating procedures (SOPs) for all HR policies and processes, identifying opportunities to streamline and improve operational efficiency.
Reporting & Analytics: Generate standard and ad-hoc reports, create and validate dashboards, and maintain global organizational charts, ensuring data accuracy for internal reporting.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent experience) and a minimum of four years of experience in a wide variety of HR transactional and operational processes.
