Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
Impact Staffing International (ISI) is seeking an experienced Account Executive for our client to drive net new revenue across Southern California. This is a high-outbound-activity hunting role responsible for generating new opportunities within commercial businesses. The Sales Executive will own the entire sales process from prospecting to close, consistently producing qualified first-time appointments, developing a strong 30/60/90-day pipeline, and exceeding weekly activity expectations.
This role requires heavy outbound effort, including high-volume cold calling, email outreach, in-person drops, networking events, and leveraging Centers of Influence (COIs). You will attend relevant trade shows and commercial industry events to expand market presence. Responsibilities include sourcing prospects through curated lists, engaging commercial decision-makers, delivering compelling sales presentations, proposals, and quotes, and partnering with a Sales Engineer for technical demonstrations. The ideal candidate excels in consultative sales, navigating multi-stakeholder environments, and maintaining precise CRM documentation for activity, pipeline, and forecasting. Travel throughout Northern California, with occasional overnights, will be required. This is a full-time remote role, with required attendance for company and networking events.
Required Skills and Background:
• 4–5 years of proven success in a B2B hunting role with measurable quota achievement OR 3 years of MSP sales experience.
• Strong experience managing the full sales cycle with high-volume prospecting and cold outreach.
• Ability to sustain and exceed aggressive outbound activity metrics.
• Skilled in consultative selling, uncovering business challenges, and aligning solutions.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
• Self-driven, competitive, and highly motivated to surpass goals.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and willingness to travel within Northern California, including occasional overnight trips.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Prior MSP (Managed Service Provider) sales experience strongly preferred.
• IT services or technology sales experience.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks such as NIST and CMMC.
• Experience selling into regulated environments or multi-site commercial organizations.
• Familiarity with cloud solutions, VOIP, and compliance services.
