What You’ll Do
- Lead and deliver multiple large-scale IT projects in alignment with established SDLC frameworks.
- Oversee a portfolio of enterprise technology initiatives, ensuring timelines, scope, and expectations are consistently met.
- Create and maintain detailed project plans, documentation, sprint schedules, and status reports.
- Present updates, risk summaries, and financial reporting to senior leadership and executive stakeholders.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, identifying interdependencies and resolving roadblocks.
- Manage intake and prioritization of new project requests to balance workload and resources.
- Facilitate structured, outcome-driven meetings to ensure clarity and accountability.
- Serve as the communication bridge between IT teams and business stakeholders, ensuring alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 10 years of professional project management experience, with 7 years leading IT initiatives.
- Must have experience overseeing complex technology projects in a professional services or law firm environment.
- Strong command of tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
- Proven ability to manage multiple simultaneous workstreams in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented with a collaborative leadership style.
