What You Will Be Doing
- Acquire, configure, and support laptops, networking hardware, and office IT systems
- Administer and improve core business applications and SaaS platforms
- Manage and optimize the organization’s MDM environment
- Implement and uphold company-wide security standards and controls
- Create, manage, and audit user access and permissions
- Deliver responsive technical support and resolve advanced system and network issues
- Drive IT initiatives related to endpoint management, security hardening, and infrastructure modernization
- Provide hands-on and remote training to employees on internal systems and tools
- 4 years of experience in IT systems administration
- The candidate must have experience with Kandji
- Strong expertise in macOS and Google Workspace environments
- Advanced troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
- Solid networking background, including LAN/WAN, DHCP, DNS, and firewall configuration
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity best practices, including encryption, endpoint protection, and access controls
- Demonstrated experience leading system upgrades, migrations, and technology rollouts
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
