The successful candidate's duties and responsibilities will encompass the following:Lead and supervise production functions, primarily in the powder coat paint line and bending departments, across the four-day work scheduleManage staff lifecycle, including hiring, training, mentoring, and conducting performance appraisals to ensure quality, safety, and delivery requirements are metOptimize production schedules by prioritizing work, planning builds, and coordinating material availability with purchasingDrive efficiency and reliability by developing preventative maintenance procedures and continually evaluating processes for improvement (methods, equipment, and quality)Ensure full compliance with departmental safety, housekeeping standards, and accurate completion of all required production documentationThe background of the successful candidate must include the following to be considered for this position:3 years minimum of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environmentREQUIRED: Demonstrated hands-on experience in Powder Coat Paint operations1 year minimum of general production experienceProven ability to work the Monday-Thursday (10-hour shift) schedule with flexibility for other days as neededStrong leadership skills, including planning, assigning work, appraising performance, and problem-solvingPossess a solid work historyBeing a US citizen or green card holderHaving a residence within a 45-minute drivePlease apply here or at impactsolutions.com/opportunities where you can see and apply for any of our open positions.
