We are seeking an Executive Assistant for my personal and professional life to join me in my everyday life and help me grow my second business. We are laid back but expect prompt results. Family comes first in our eyes so I understand the balance that comes in life.
Responsibilities:
- Handle administrative needs(email, calendar, etc.)
- Arrange conference calls and meetings.
- Plan work and personal-related travel details including lodging and car rental.
- Track my monthly spending on all platforms (credit cards and bank accounts).
- Help me track the growth of my new company and executive all things needed between my partner and myself.
- Maintain and order supplies(personal and professional).
- Be available on weekends if something is pressing.
- Please have a reliable car to do errands as needed.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as an executive secretary, administrative assistant, or in other related fields.
- 3 years minimum experience.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Ability to prioritize and multitask.
- Strong attention to detail.
