Executive Career Partners (ECP) is growing, and we’re looking for a Marketing Administrative Assistant to help power our marketing and lead generation efforts. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, virtual environment and enjoys blending creativity with precision execution.
As part of our team, you will be key in driving ECP’s marketing outreach and candidate support efforts. Your responsibilities will include:
- Acting as a central facilitator within the ECP lead generation pipeline to ensure smooth campaign execution.
- Staying current on the functionality and best use of our marketing and technical platforms.
- Supporting daily marketing campaigns, from content creation to tracking candidate responses.
- Conducting targeted research on industries, companies, and professionals to support client campaigns.
- Handling data entry and administrative tasks with accuracy and timeliness.

- Extreme attention to detail – you spot errors before anyone else does.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills – you can write clearly and professionally.
- A love for improving processes and the discipline to execute them flawlessly.
- The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.
- Technical proficiency in Word, Excel, LinkedIn, Facebook, Google tools, and Canva.
- Experience with Salesforce (a strong plus).
- 1–2 years of experience in marketing, recruiting, digital marketing, social media, or technical administration.
- Minimum of an Associate’s Degree; Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
