Our client, a Global Medical Device Manufacture has an immediate opening for a Sales Support Specialist for a 18 Month Contract. 8am to 5pm Shift (Eastern Time Zone) Mostly remote! Candidates must be in driving distance from Tulsa, OK 74145 or Oklahoma City, OK 73116.
Responsibilities:
- Follow order entry process and provide proactive updates on order status to accelerate billing process
- Provide phone support for inquiries from sales and healthcare professionals.
- Engage, interact, and respond in a prompt, accurate, courteous and poised manner to encourage positive business relationships
- Process all work in accordance with relevant working practices and standard operating procedures.
- Provide feedback and suggestions to improve service levels, internal processes and customer support methodology
- Consistently demonstrate a positive, constructive, and cooperative attitude in the business environment
- Provide support beyond standard hours as needed if call volume and/or workload require additional time
- Support Sales Department by providing answers to questions generated by telephone, e-mails and fax
- Prepare product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information
- Implement and support Quality initiatives throughout branch
- Implement procedures to maintain accurate inventory records in the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system through proper billing and replenishment processes
- Additional duties as assigned
Requirements:
- 3 years of experience required, associate's degree preferred but not required. Minimum high school Diploma.
- Analytical experience working with data to solve problems and develop processes
- Organized and detailed oriented
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Computer Savvy and experienced with Microsoft Office Suite of products
- Proficiency in Excel including pivot tables and various functions
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
- ERP Experience (JDE, SAP, or Oracle) desired
- Adaptability
- Energized/High achiever
- Proven experience and success working remote - must be accountable 100% during working hours and active in work queue!
