IT Specialist

Job Description

Major Responsibilities:

• Supports data analysis and reporting for the Firm
• Provide support to the Operations and Compliance team on various data related projects
• Provide technical support to internal team for troubleshooting hardware and software issues
• Maintenance, administration and upkeep of information in various technology platforms both from a Compliance and Operations standpoint
• Basic troubleshooting and access assistance for internal team and affiliates for Firm technology portals
• Maintenance and upkeep of the phone system technology
• Acts as liaison to the outsourced IT team for structural and escalated technical issues
• Monitoring of internal hardware and software inventory
• Monitoring of cybersecurity programs and systems
• Improve or enhance current technology platforms

Educational Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in data maintenance / IT.

Experience Requirements

• 3 years or more IT or systems management experience
• Experience or knowledge related to cyber security is preferred
• CompTIA A Certification preferred

Technical Skills

• Proficient knowledge of the full Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience supporting Microsoft 365
• Proficient in troubleshooting technical issues
