Responsibilities
As the Front End Operations Lead, you will be the primary point of contact and strategic partner for our enterprise clients, overseeing all aspects of their revenue cycle managed services. Your responsibilities will include:
- Provide direct operational oversight and strategic guidance for all facility-based revenue cycle front-end functions: Scheduling, Financial Clearance, and Registration.
- Act as the primary point of contact and operational liaison between Impact Advisors and client leadership, fostering strong collaborative relationships.
- Drive the implementation of revenue cycle best practices to optimize efficiency, accuracy, and client satisfaction.
- Accountable for timely responsiveness to all client inquiries, concerns, and escalations, ensuring prompt and effective resolution.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement strategies to achieve and exceed operational targets.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and innovation within the client's revenue cycle operations.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team focused on client success and operational excellence.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal Impact Advisors teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- 10 years of progressive leadership experience overseeing a large health system's Revenue Cycle operations.
- Deep and demonstrable expertise within the Epic EHR platform, specifically related to its revenue cycle modules
- Proven track record of successfully managing and optimizing all facets of the revenue cycle, particularly within patient access.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively at all levels.
- Demonstrated ability to drive change, foster a culture of accountability, and achieve measurable results.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven decisions.
- Travel: Work remotely while traveling periodically (up to 50%) for client and internal initiative
