Impact Advisors is seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Operations Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be instrumental in enabling the success of our Business Development and Sales teams by managing reporting, technology platforms, and critical coordination activities. Responsibilities
- Sales Reporting: Prepare and distribute weekly sales reports to firm leadership and stakeholders.
- Meeting Coordination: Support weekly, bi-weekly, and bi-annual BD and Sales meetings by managing agendas, logistics, and content.
- Executive Support: Assist the CGO with firm-wide BD administration including account assignments, territories, CREs, SL BD leads, and bonus performance tracking.
- Presentation Materials: Support the development of materials for Board, Executive, and other key leadership meetings.
- Strategic Meetings: Coordinate scheduling and content for key internal and external meetings, including client and partner interactions.
- Partner Engagement: Assist the CGO in managing strategic partner plans and communications (e.g., Epic, Oracle, AWS, Workday).
- Sales Tools Management: Serve as system administrator for NetSuite, managing workflows, reports, dashboards, data accuracy, and user support.
- Lead and Campaign Tracking: Coordinate post-event follow-up and lead attribution for conferences, marketing campaigns, and account plans.
- CRM Governance: Ensure accurate data entry in NetSuite for leads, clients, contacts, and campaign ROI tracking.
- SharePoint Oversight: Maintain and organize BD SharePoint folders and content.
- LinkedIn Engagement: Monitor Sales Navigator usage and encourage broader engagement across the sales and leadership teams.
Education and Experience
- Educational Requirement: Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field required.
- Experience Requirement: Minimum 3 years of experience in sales operations, business development support, or CRM administration.
- Certifications/Licenses: NetSuite CRM experience preferred; certifications in CRM systems or project coordination a plus.
- CRM Expertise: Proficiency in NetSuite or similar CRM platforms, including report building, dashboard creation, and system governance.
- Project Coordination: Strong organizational and logistical skills with the ability to manage complex meeting schedules and deliverables.
- Data & Reporting: Ability to analyze and prepare regular sales and marketing performance reports.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to work effectively with all levels of leadership and external partners.
- Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and commitment to data integrity and process improvement.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, and collaboration tools.
- Travel: Minimal travel may be required for in-person summits or events.
