Responsibilities
As the Director, Client FP&A, you will be the primary owner of Financial Planning and Analysis for all aspects of Impact Advisors Managed Services engagements:
- Account P&L Management: Own and maintain the Profit & Loss (P&L) statements for Revenue Cycle Managed Services accounts, ensuring accuracy and transparency in financial reporting.
- Financial Contract Modeling: Lead the development and analysis of financial contract models, evaluating various scenarios and their impact on client and Impact Advisors' financial performance.
- Performance Fee & Cost Share Models: Develop, implement, and maintain account performance fee and cost share models, ensuring alignment with contract terms and driving optimal outcomes.
- Revenue Projections & Forecasting: Drive the creation of accurate revenue projections and comprehensive financial forecasts for client engagements, identifying key drivers and potential risks or opportunities.
- Budgeting & Variance Analysis: Oversee the budgeting process for client accounts and perform detailed analysis of contract performance, identifying variances and providing actionable insights.
- Operational & Financial Integration: Collaborate closely with client operational and finance teams to educate and interpret contingency fees, cost share, and performance incentive fee calculations.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with client leadership, finance teams, and cross-functional departments, fostering a collaborative environment.
- Project Leadership: Manage and oversee FP&A-focused projects for clients, ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables.
Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. MBA or relevant professional certification (CPA, CMA) preferred.
- 7 years of progressive experience in Financial Planning & Analysis, with at least 1-3 years in a leadership or client-facing consulting role, preferably within the healthcare industry.
- Demonstrated expertise in financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and management reporting, with a strong focus on contract performance and revenue cycle.
- Strong understanding of healthcare financial operations, revenue cycle management, and cost drivers.
- Proficiency in financial systems and advanced Excel skills. Experience with business intelligence (BI) tools and data visualization platforms is a plus.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills with the ability to translate complex financial data into clear, actionable insights.
- Superior communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey financial information to both financial and non-financial audiences, including executive leadership.
- Proven ability to lead projects, manage competing priorities, and work effectively in a fast-paced, client-driven environment.
- Strong business acumen and a deep understanding of organizational dynamics.
- Proactive, results-oriented, and a continuous learner with a passion for driving client success.

Salary : $175,000 - $225,000
