Impact 1 Financial is growing our team in the Anderson area and hiring a motivated professional to join us as a Territory Sales Representative. This is a field-based outside sales role focused on business development, territory management, and building strong client relationships. You will meet with clients, manage a defined territory, and build business through consistent outreach, follow-up, and professional in-person presentations.

What You’ll Do
As a Territory Sales Representative, you will play a key role in expanding our client base and strengthening relationships across your territory.
- Build connections with local businesses through referrals, networking, prospecting, and consistent outreach
- Initiate contact with new businesses in your territory to schedule in-person meetings
- Conduct professional in-person sales presentations and clearly communicate available solutions
- Manage and grow your territory by building a pipeline of new business, repeat business, and referrals
- Maintain a consistent flow of outreach, scheduled appointments, and timely follow-up
- Track activity and maintain accurate records using CRM tools
- Collaborate with leadership to refine strategy and stay on pace with goals
