As our Controller, you will:
✔ Oversee all financial management, budgeting & forecasting
✔ Lead regulatory & financial reporting functions
✔ Establish strong internal controls and improve financial processes
✔ Evaluate accounting procedures & implement cost/time-saving solutions
✔ Maintain data integrity across accounting systems
✔ Collaborate with leaders across the hospital to support strategic growth
🔸 Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance (CPA or Master’s preferred)
🔸 5–7 years of experience, including 3 years in a hospital setting
🔸 Advanced skills in spreadsheets, databases & reporting tools
🔸 Strong problem-solver with excellent communication skills
🔸 Knowledge of GAAP, financial statements, and reconciliation
🔸 Ability to envision big goals while refining detailed processes
Salary : $110,000 - $150,000
