Job Title: Registered Nurse
Duration: 13-week Contract
Location: 2700 Wayne Memorial Drive, Goldsboro, NC 27534
Shift Type: Day/Night 3x12
Payrate: $ 50-54/hr
- Administer medications and treatments to patients
- Monitor patient vital signs and medical conditions
- Coordinate and collaborate with healthcare team members
- Conduct patient assessments and document findings
- Provide education and support to patients and families
- Assist with medical procedures and surgeries
- Maintain and update patient records
- Ensure infection control protocols are followed
- Prepare patients for examinations and diagnostic tests
- Respond to medical emergencies and provide first aid
- Assist in developing patient care plans
- Advocate for patient health and well-being
- Perform wound care and dressings
- Operate and monitor medical equipment
- Supervise and train junior staff and nursing students
- Conduct health screenings and immunizations
- Associate/bachelor's degree in nursing (BSN)
- Additional certifications such as ACLS, BLS
