About the Role
We are looking for a Manager of Transformation to join our Enterprise Transformation Management Office (TMO). This role is responsible for leading and managing large-scale transformation initiatives within the organization - with a specific emphasis on the Lead-to-Cash (L2C) payments ecosystem—spanning PSP deal & contract management, PSP onboarding, integration, performance management, and financial reconciliation.
You will play a critical role in modernizing and scaling global payment operations, partnering closely with Product, Engineering, Finance, and external Payment Service Providers (PSPs) (e.g., PayPal, Braintree, Stripe) to optimize payment performance, reliability, and cost efficiency.
This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, payments domain expertise, and execution rigor to drive end-to-end process transformation, improve process performance, and enhance overall payments processing performance.
What You’ll Do:
Payments Strategy & Cross-Functional Partnership: Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and cross-functional stakeholders to define payment system architecture, technical roadmaps, and business requirements. Translate Lead-to-Cash (L2C) payment needs into actionable initiatives and drive end-to-end execution of transformation programs.
Program Execution & Delivery Leadership: Lead project management for portfolio of Payment programs, assisting with process documentation, stakeholder impact analysis, maintain action items tracker and follow up on outstanding items, and stakeholder communication.
Industry Expertise & Continuous Improvement: Strong knowledge of FinTech, payment industry standards and regulatory requirements. Stay abreast of advancements in fintech innovations, and competitive landscape to drive continuous improvement and innovation in process efficiency, scalability, and user experience.
Basic Qualifications:
- 6 years in finance transformation, management consulting, corporate finance, or a similar role, with a strong focus on Lead-to-Cash processes.
- Proven experience designing or implementing end-to-end payment solutions, including integration with PSPs or payment gateways (e.g., PayPal, Braintree, Stripe, Adyen).
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional transformation initiatives in complex, global environments.
- Education: BA/BS in Finance, Accounting, or Engineering.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of payment processing platforms, gateways, and APIs (e.g., PayPal, Stripe, Braintree).
- Industry Knowledge: Strong knowledge of payment industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Process Design: Experience transitioning organizations toward standardized, scalable forecasting models and
- microservices architectures.
- Collaborative Leadership: Demonstrated ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders in a high-growth, agile environment.
- Analytical Skills: Outstanding business insight, conceptual/creative problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
