🧩 What You’ll Be Doing

As an Incident Coordinator, you’ll manage and oversee critical incident reporting and resolution processes:

• Monitor and triage incident reporting inbox and submissions
• Review and process critical incident reports in compliance with Ohio Medicaid guidelines
• Assign and track cases using internal systems
• Upload and manage documentation within the Incident Management System (IMS)
• Collaborate with care teams to develop prevention plans
• Ensure timely submission, tracking, and closure of incidents
• Communicate with providers, internal teams, and occasionally members

• Accurate and timely incident submissions & case closures
• Strong attention to detail and compliance with state and CMS regulations
• Effective collaboration across teams
• Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines

🛠️ Required Skills & Experience

• 2 years of experience in managed care, healthcare, or case management
• Strong knowledge of Ohio MyCare Waiver & incident reporting process (REQUIRED)
• Proficiency in:
• Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Teams, Word)
• Systems like TruCare, IMS, or similar
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Tech-savvy with ability to navigate multiple systems

🎓 Education & Licensure

• Degree or certification in Nursing, Social Work, or Counseling
• Active Ohio license required (LPN, LSW, LPC, SWA, or CHW)

⏰ Schedule

• Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST
• 4-week training (no time off allowed during training)
• No weekends or holidays
