π§© What Youβll Be Doing
As an Incident Coordinator, youβll manage and oversee critical incident reporting and resolution processes:
- Monitor and triage incident reporting inbox and submissions
- Review and process critical incident reports in compliance with Ohio Medicaid guidelines
- Assign and track cases using internal systems
- Upload and manage documentation within the Incident Management System (IMS)
- Collaborate with care teams to develop prevention plans
- Ensure timely submission, tracking, and closure of incidents
- Communicate with providers, internal teams, and occasionally members
π What Success Looks Like
- Accurate and timely incident submissions & case closures
- Strong attention to detail and compliance with state and CMS regulations
- Effective collaboration across teams
- Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines
π οΈ Required Skills & Experience
- 2 years of experience in managed care, healthcare, or case management
- Strong knowledge of Ohio MyCare Waiver & incident reporting process (REQUIRED)
- Proficiency in:
- Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Teams, Word)
- Systems like TruCare, IMS, or similar
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Tech-savvy with ability to navigate multiple systems
π Education & Licensure
- Degree or certification in Nursing, Social Work, or Counseling
- Active Ohio license required (LPN, LSW, LPC, SWA, or CHW)
β° Schedule
- Monday β Friday | 8:00 AM β 5:00 PM EST
- 4-week training (no time off allowed during training)
- No weekends or holidays
